FOR ITALIAN CUSTOMERS - The Royal Mail UK is not currently sending to Italy due to an update of the Italian computer systems. Orders will have to be held back until there is a change. The delay has been described as several weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tunbridge Wells Friday 24th December 9.00am-1.00pm. Covent Garden, London Friday 24th December 10.00am to 2.00pm. Saturday through to Tuesday 28th December - CLOSED. Wednesday 29th December and Thursday 30th December normal opening hours.

Orders to EU
Delivery may be slower than usual, in the region of 2-6 weeks and you may be asked to pay import duty before receiving the order. This is likely to be between 18-20% of the value of the order but please check with your local customs office for further details.
Ireland Update
Larger orders are are arriving with customers using Couriers Sandford Freight Dublin , DHL or TNT. Customers will need to set up an account with one of these companies before placing an order by email or telephone. Orders unfortunately will not be able to be placed on our website. Smaller orders are successfully arriving with customers using an Addresspal account. This is easy to set up.
We recommend that you select a tracked delivery option.
We are not sending any orders to the EU via courier services. Orders may be subject to customs clearance and are placed at your own risk.
