Camilla’s Story…

Homoeopathy isn’t just my profession; it’s my calling and my passion. It’s both my medicine and my philosophy, and the more I’ve learned from and experienced the practice throughout my life, the deeper in love with it I seem to fall.

Early in life, I became fascinated with the intricate connection between mind and body, recognising that conventional treatments often overlook the root causes of ailments without treating that cause. For example, if stress can cause a stomach ulcer, I saw that there would be very little point in taking anti-acid medication if the stress itself has not healed. This understanding ignited a curiosity to explore alternative approaches that delve deeper into holistic healing, and that was where I met homoeopathy.

After graduating from The Finnish Institute of Homeopathy three decades ago, I began my unwavering journey with homoeopathy, knowing I had found my life path, my true north, and I have never looked back. I completed my post-graduate program with Dynamis and have had the privilege of teaching the course twice in Finland, leading the provings of Scandium and Honey.

Living in Tanzania with my husband Jeremy for the past 15 years has profoundly shaped my homoeopathic practice. Together, we established Homeopathy for Health in Africa, a non-profit organisation dedicated to treating HIV/AIDS with homoeopathy. This experience has been nothing short of transformative – life-changing in more ways than one, and I am both humbled by and very proud of our achievements.

Beyond my work in Africa and my private practice, I am passionate about Agrihomoeopathy and gardening. It’s mind-boggling how homoeopathy’s healing powers can help plants, humans, and animals alike!

In 2016, I was honoured to be awarded a Fellowship from the Society of Homeopaths in the UK (FSHom). I also served as the President of the Finnish Society of Homoeopathy (Suomen Homeopaatit ry) for a fulfilling tenure spanning from 2020 to 2023.

As I look ahead, I see my journey with homoeopathy continuing to evolve and grow. I’m always excited to explore new avenues and opportunities for healing for myself, my family, my garden, and all those I have the privilege to serve.
