A practical guide to homoeopathic epidemic treatment – remedy selection, protocols and case management grounded in a deep understanding of Hahnemann’s foundational wisdom and its modern application.

Internationally renowned homoeopath Jeremy Sherr presents his comprehensive approach to understanding and treating epidemic diseases, developed through decades of clinical work and refined during the AIDS and Covid-19 pandemics.  Jeremy is widely recognized as one of the greatest modern-day homeopaths (says Dana Ullman, MPH, CCH).

Sherr explains how epidemics arise and how they must be understood as collective diseases rather than merely clusters of individual cases. He dives deep into the inner nature of epidemics and their wider implications, always based on classical Hahnemannian philosophy and its modern application. The book provides clear, step-by-step guidance for identifying the genus epidemicus – the small group of remedies capable of curing the majority of cases in an epidemic. The detailed instructions on taking the case, analysing and synthesising the information and repertorisation will enhance the understanding and work of any homoeopath, whether in clinic or in treating epidemics.

Part II of the book presents a detailed case study of Covid-19. It follows Sherr’s method in action as he finds successful remedies and establishes a global collaboration of homoeopaths who were able to quickly and successfully treat thousands of patients around the world. The book also details Sherr’s innovative approaches to treating Covid vaxine damage and Long Covid. It offers professional homoeopaths a profound understanding of epidemics as well as dozens of powerful tools to respond rapidly and effectively to epidemics of the future.

The Homoeopathic Treatment of Epidemics includes a compelling accounts of homoeopathy’s successes in past epidemics, along with remarkable evidence of the effectiveness of homeopathic prevention when administered to large populations.

The book, written with Wenda O’Reilly – translator of Samuel Hahnemann’s Organon of the Medical Art – is enriched throughout by her research, writing, and editorial clarity.

“This important book should be read by all homeopaths – indeed by all sincere practitioners of medicine. It is deeply researched, beautifully written, and inspired by a profound understanding of homeopathy, infectious disease and life. The book is both scholarly and passionate – and a fantastic read.”
